Our shoes generally run true to size, however every item has a size guide and fit recommendation on its product page. If the item you order doesn't fit you properly, please be assured you can make a return and repurchase the style in a different size.
We try our very best to dispatch orders as soon as possible. For inventory that we have on hand, please allow 1-2 business days to process and pack your order before shipping. For pre-orders, the estimated ship date will be communicated at the time of purchase. We will continue to provide updates on your pre-order as your shoes are being made. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped along with tracking information.
Congratulations! Pre-orders give you the opportunity to get your hands on a pair of Zena Ziora heels, guaranteed.
At the time of the pre-order, you will be able to check out and place your order as normal. Your payment method will be charged at this time, reserving your item. Your order will automatically be shipped to you immediately the stock arrives at our warehouse.
We will contact you should the product arrival timeframe shift for any reason.

At Zena Ziora, every pair of shoes is made to order in order to minimize the amount of waste and limit overproduction. Every pair of Zena Ziora shoes are handcrafted in an atelier with top-quality materials. We don't skip out on quality, ever.
In the event that inventory is ever out of stock on the website, we will often collect pre-orders - guaranteeing that everyone who wants a pair will be able to get one!
Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the United States may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and import fees levied by the destination country. Customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments are the customer's responsibility.
Yes! At present, we currently deliver to Canada.
Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to the taxes and duties as determined by customs in the destination country.
Please note that international orders are non-refundable.
The currency will be set according to your location and displayed at checkout. To ensure you are viewing the correct currency, you may change your shipping location when prompted.

We want nothing more than for you to love your purchases, but we understand that things may not always work out!
You may return any item purchased on zenaziora.com within 14 days of delivery.
All shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. When trying on shoes, please be careful so as not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. We cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged, and the shoes must be in perfect, original condition.
The products must also be returned in their original packaging, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still on the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. We also reserve the right to charge you the shipping cost in doing so. Once we have received your return and we are satisfied it is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment method within 14 days.
We will contact you in the event that your return cannot be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange requests. You may make a return and receive a refund, provided it meets our conditions. You will then need to place a new order for the desired item.

Once your return has been approved, further instructions for sending will be provided to you via email.
