RETURNS policy

We want nothing more than for you to love your purchases, but we understand that things may not always work out! 

You may return any item purchased on within 14 days of delivery.

All shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. When trying on shoes, please be careful so as not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. We cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged, and the shoes must be in perfect, original condition.

The products must also be returned in their original packaging, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still on the product.

We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. We also reserve the right to charge you the shipping cost in doing so. Once we have received your return and we are satisfied it is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment method within 14 days. We will contact you in the event that your return cannot be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange requests. You may make a return and receive a refund, provided it meets our conditions. You will then need to place a new order for the desired item.

All international orders are ineligible for returns at this time.


Contact within 14 days of receipt with your full name, order number, date of purchase and reason for return. Please put 'Return + [Your Order ]' in the subject line. 

Once your return has been approved, further instructions for sending your purchase back to us will be provided to you via email.
